Pinot Noir Young Vine 2023

This wine is from the first harvest of vines planted in 2018. Fermented separately from our older vine fruit, it highlights the bright and vibrant qualities of Gibbston Pinot Noir.

Aromas of blackcurrant, rose petals and a hint of smoked black pepper. Light and juicy on the palate, fruit-driven and refreshing. Raspberries, plums and white cherries. Soft tannins that linger gently, revealing classic Gibbston minerality from the schist soils.
