IWC Medals awarded to 2020 & 2021 Pinot Noir: May 2024

We were delighted too receive silver medals for our newly released 2020 and 2021 Pinot Noir at the recent IWC competition in London. These two wines were among the top scoring Central Otago Pinot Noirs at this years competition and they achieved the top results for Gibbston Pinot Noir.

2020 Pinot Noir
92 Points
Pretty nose of spiced cherry with truffle and forest floor. There's a lovely chalk texture with great freshness and mineral edge.

2021 Pinot Noir
92 Points
Flinty reductive initially, with complex and concentrated fruit. Multlayered with alpine strawberries and a hint of menthol. Lovely long finish.
